Talat Hussain – famous Pakistani actor,at last able to get well from his
skin allergy which has kept him distant for almost a year. He has now
rejoined Nationwide Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) showing the first symbol of his fitness and healthiness.
His complex skin allergy has coerced him
to keep away from meeting with even his close circle. He had also
stopped going NAPA where he educates creative talents to students.
He is usually found covered in blankets and with gloves over his hands. Once he takes a seat, Hussain gets mindful concerning the gloves he is wearing and quickly says,

“My skin is peeling off because of dryness. I have to keep my hands soaked in petroleum jelly and covered with gloves all the time. It really helps.”
As his hands shiver, it is difficult for him to clutch a teacup and light his cigarette.
The renowned actor’s health started worsening two years ago when he caught a skin allergy. It was not the allergy that pulled up the worst of him, but a bad dose of Cortisone recommended by a skin specialist.

“I don’t blame the doctor because it was my fault. There is a new breed of doctors in Defense (Karachi), who call themselves “skin specialists” but they are cosmetologists and not dermatologists. I should have been more careful and so should everyone else. I couldn’t even talk properly, let alone walk or sit after the treatment,”
As a result of his illness, Talat Hussain
had to put down a number of projects hanging and has not been able to
give his valued time at the National Academy of Performing Arts (Napa),
where he instructs acting.
“Right now I am not in a position to take any stress,” he said, adding “I feel slightly better, but I am still very weak and not in a position to act.”
Hussain’s heath has not narrowed his passion for acting. We all pray for his healthy life so he can light up their screens yet again.
