Being a Mother is the best role created by God and as
a matter of fact, Mothers should always be given a tribute for their
hardships and sacrifices that they do for their children.
After PTV, It’s now ARY Digital giving a new blow to
the T.V Industry with the revival of emotion-based Reality show “Maa”,
sponsored by Arial. The show was a huge success when it was aired from
PTV, years back. The Host Sania Saeed has although seemed to come back
with a new style, however, the show follows its actual trend.
It was on 3rdAugust that the “Humsafar
Man”, Fawad Afzal Khan made a guest appearance on the show, taking it
TRP’s as high as never it was. Suited in Black pants and White Shirt,
Fawad maintained his magic spell that was evident when he appeared. The
audience gave him a round of applause. As he moved towards Sania, His
fans reached out to him to shake hands with their living idol, which
Fawad reciprocated elegantly.
This dark and deep icon, who has now become the “King
Khan” of Pakistan, was found actively participating in the show, though
his fans often complained about his silent nature while appearing on
live shows.
It was in the first half of his appearance when he
openly spoke about the limited opportunities that are available in the
developing countries like Pakistan. Fawad further added that being
coming from a pious family, where the religious ethics are highly
considered, he faced severe opposition from his father for his decision
of choosing music and acting as his career.
The Show took an emotional turn when Fawad shared his
experience of knowing that he was a diabetic at the age of 17. He gave
all the credit to his mother for giving him the courage at that time,
ensuring he does not lose hope.
By the end of the Show, when Sania finally asked him
to say anything that he might wanted to say to her mother throughout his
life, Khan, with a heavy heart thanked His mother for everything she
had been doing for him and lastly he apologized for the time he failed
to be an ideal son.
With that the show came to an end where Fawad Khan
was handed over a bouquet of flowers and he waved to his fan followers
in the audience with his breath taking smile.
This episode of Maa has achieved the highest TRPs up
till now and the credit is given to this debonair personality who has
been enjoying similar credits since he appeared on the Hum TV Drama,
‘”Humsafar”.
